「We arrived at hotel early morning and staff at security gate was not supportive to hellping to take our bags to receptions .
Due to very steep ramp and block work on floor it was very painful experience . 」
「Travelling from USA with family we are accustomed to certain amenities. Even though our room had no window, carpets or artwork it ticked all the boxes. The room was clean, bright, had comfortable mattresses and the wifi connection was good. To our surprise the room included a hot breakfast. I would stay here again.」
「We had a one night stopover in Mumbai from 5pm and leaving for airport at 8am. These guys at this hotel were very welcoming and organised for us to have rooms on ground floor so we did not have to go up any stairs (there are no lifts). Being over 70 it was very much appreciated. They organised our taxis for us so we were very happy with the service. The rooms were clean and found this hotel ideal for our circumstances.
