「The eye on the TV's that communicate with the remote control are on a cord that sometimes falls back behind the tv and then you can't change the channel.....even manually on the TV. This is something that should be a permanent fix so you don't have guests contacting the front desk all the time when the TV doesn't work. The manager was very helpful.」
