Unique, 2 separate levels. Great for multiple families or large group. Private 150ft of lakefront. Situated on the beautiful and clear waters of the Gravois Arm. Views for miles. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. Central heat /AC. Multiple decks and outdoor entertainment spaces with a fire pit. Lower level 2 Queen bed studio, kitchenette, full bath, TV, glassed in and air conditioned window room, 3 futons, washer/dryer and dining table. Upstairs has 2 Queen bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen-dining room, sectional sofa, TV, and fireplace. Additional screened in front porch with 2 outdoor sofas and a TV. Sleeps 10. Great crappie, bass, and catfishing off of the huge private 2 well dock. One covered boat slip for use with your stay. Luxurious outdoor flagstone floor shower with rain shower head, 5 kayaks, 2 large swim platforms with ladders for swimming/sunbathing, chairs for the dock, a paddle boat, 3 children kayaks, 2 adult kayaks are all included with this private lake getaway! Plenty of room to park your boat trailer. Boat ramp and boat rental near by. Minutes by boat or car to popular lakeside resturants such as Lake Burger, Coconuts and Jolly Rogers. No feeding stray animals. Open boat slip is for renter use. Please no glass in outdoor areas. No grease down drains. All trash must be bagged.

We had a awesome family lake weekend to start off the summer. This cabin, location pretty much. Everything was amazing. We love the screened in porch and the docks were amazing. If you’re thinking about booking this, please go ahead and do it. It’s definitely worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The outdoor shower was a fan favorite and got used every day after hours of playing in the water. The dock is great and very well appointed and maintained. Very nice sun lounge chairs and the kids loved kayaking!

Relaxing family vacation

This house was such a great place for our family vacation. It is a perfect place to relax, swim, kayak, and cook inside or out. It was exactly what my family needed. It was beautiful inside and had a wonderful layout. The adults slept upstairs, and the teens slept downstairs. I would LOVE to return here with my family!

Perfect set up with the separate lower level. Nice part of the lakes gets real shallow at the end of the cove so limits the traffic to an extent. The dock is amazing plenty of room for our family to fish, swim, and just hang out.

We had a great time. The water was perfect!! Even with the water so warm we still caught fish off the dock. Mostly bluegills and catfish. The house was great and everything worked as expected. If you want a great place to stay this is it!!

Family reunion getaway

We came to the Lake of the Ozarks for a family reunion and a small part of the family stayed here. This house was great for our little getaway. Easy lake access, large dock, nice remodeled house. Downstairs shower was quite small so we opted to use the outdoor shower during our stay and that worked perfectly, it was lovely that it had warm water! We would definitely rent here again

Our favorite getaway spot at LOZ

We look forward to staying at this special property each summer! The house, location and dock are perfect! We brought my parents along this time and the bottom level was perfect for them while my husband and I stayed upstairs with our dogs. We were still together but each had our own space. Great getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Loved swimming and hanging out on the beautiful dock. The updated upstairs was great. Downstairs was ok. It would be nice if there was some more deck furniture. Communication with Jay was awesome. Overall we had a great stay and would do it again.

What a beautiful location and a super cute home!

I was surprised that the upstairs and downstairs were not connected on the inside, but that’s the ONLY thing that surprised me. The property is beautiful, the home is cute and clean and the communication with Jay was top notch! Swimming there was wonderful and it’s not crazy busy on this part of the lake. We will be coming again for sure!!!

We enjoyed our lake of ozark stay. The house was just as advertised. We really enjoyed the lake dock, including use of kayaks. A couple of lounge chairs would be a suggestion. There were some regular deck chairs to use. All in all, a good time!

This unique split level house has room for many guests. There were plenty of housewares, towels, blankets, utensils, etc. The view was amazing from either deck. The dock was well maintained. There is a sitting area and a fire pit that was awesome at night next to the lake. We will be returning visitors!

Location is great!

Location was perfect, host was very helpful and responded very quickly. The house was great, kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. The upstairs and downstairs was only connected by outdoor steps which worked great for our big group but we weren’t expecting that. There was so much great outdoor space, the dock was big and the kayaks and paddle boat were fun! Some of the beds looked like they hadn’t been cleaned and the floors were pretty dirty but overall we had a great time in Jay’s house!

We had a great time. There were 10 of us. We rented a pontoon and loved swimming off the dock using the numerous floating devices. The upper floor was great for the adults and all the kids stayed in the lower level. Only complaint, the propane grill did not work very well. well

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is two separate units that are not attached in any way from the inside. However, they do connect through outdoor steps. The family members who stayed in the bottom unit would not describe the unit as having two distinct bedrooms since you walk into what appears to be a converted porch area to get to the larger bedroom. There are only curtains separating the converted bedroom with futon and the main bedroom. The bathroom also has some privacy issues, such as holes/cracks in the wood door. There is also a window going from the bathroom and into the converted porch area that only has a curtain separating the space. This would all be fine, but I don't recall seeing this explained in the listing. Our family likes our own personal spaces and bathroom privacy when we travel. This may be a non-issue for some people, but I would find it helpful to know. On a positive note, the dock and being directly on the lake is very nice.
