Staff was very nice. First room we were given (deluxe queen) was not up to standards. Toilet didn't work, shower was tiny, heater was a plu in oil apace heater. Room was not anything like pictures. Plug ins by the night stand would be a big plus for people with CPAP machines. Had to unplud the night stand light and the phone to plug mine in.

Dirty rooms. Bath tub peeling paint and ceiling dirty and almost falling. Only 2 people working at front desk with a huge line of people to check in.
