"3日間お世話になりました。スタッフの方も優しく、居心地がよかったです。温泉もあり、貸切状態で子供たちとゆっくり入れました。朝ごはんの時間に大幅に遅れてしまったので諦めかけていたら、とっておいて頂いたみたいで、冷めてしまってるけどよかったら、と対応してくださいました。また来年お世話になりたいと思います。"

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "The staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple (green salad, two egg fries, bread with butter and jam, fruits, and a pot of coffee or black tea) but delicious. Personally I liked Peppermint’s breakfast better than buffet breakfast, because we ate everything that’s served. No waste, so eco-friendly. Another thing we liked was a nearby museum. "Location of its facility is surrounded by magnificent and beautiful mountains with lots of green, atmosphere is totally different from big city Tokyo. The owner of pension is quite friendly, and capable to treat guest with "omotenashi" from his long experience. "

"受付カウンターの裏に書類や物が山積みで汚い。部屋のエアコンはすごい動作音、外もうるさく、部屋に耳栓が　置いてある。ベッドは硬く畳の様。風呂の湯だけはラドンと天然温泉で素晴らしいが、風呂の掃除もされておらず、石鹸シャンプーは４席に一つ、とにかく人がちゃんとやればできるところが全くされておらず、これで素泊まり二人で１９０００はボリすぎ"
