「Believe the pics. This is a lovely property with SB style and charm. Doesn’t quite match the location right off freeway but you can walk to downtown Carpinteria and both the City and State beaches which are excellent. Would recommend.」

Yes, this is a simple motel but is well kept-up and has the special touches to make me feel safe and comfortable traveling with the family. PLUS one free on-site parking spot per reservation where the large hotel next door carries a $25-48/night parking fee.

「The property was beautiful, loved the pool and palm trees. Easy access to everything, UCSB was 8 min. away. The only silly thing was charging to park at the hotel, 20 a night. Loved the air freshener .」
