"Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

"The dinner buffet and Happy Hour drink special was a much appreciated for some weary travelers after driving all day! A fabulous staff made it even better. Check in was quick and simple! Parking was super even for a 10 foot U-Haul.
All around a 5 star experience!"
"Absolutely Loved this Property Malia at the Front Desk was Amazing!!! She was so kind and helpful with anything we needed !! The parking was very easy across the street and was around $12.50 or so to park overnight . We walked to Great American Ballpark for a Reds game and there were plenty of dining options to choose from . We are Definitely planning on staying here again !!! Walked Down Sycamore to get to the ballpark !! They also have dining and bar onsite ."
