Each room comes with 2 ceiling fans plus an AC. Sufficient to keep the room cooling.
However, facilities can be better. For instance shower head and bidget are abit worn out.
I would give 5 stars for the customer service and will definitely patronise the hotel again if I am visiting Penang.

The hotel is generally good. Near the Chowprasta Market and Lebuh Keng Kwee street food. Within walking distance to Armenian St and Cannon St. Many food options nearby. The only downside was the room cleaning was only completed around 2 to 3pm. There were 2 days which I came back after lunch and the rooms were not made up yet.

Gorgeous hotel and beautiful room for a very good price. Prob the best hotel on our Malaysian travels. Amazing rooftop swimming pool (with crazy see through bottom) and rooftop bar with stunning views. Downside was no breakfast available at hotel but they offered a free morning bus service into town and suggested food places for breakfast. 5 stars and would definitely recommend xx

Spacious rooms, excellent location and functionality.. Nothing spectacular, but everything avaliable and walking distance for everything. Grab to everywhere is less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended if you want to be in Georgetown
