「This hotel seems like got renovated and reopened as a new hotel this year(2025).
Furniture, items in room are all clean and new. Most of staffs are still on training.
Breakfast is average. Nothing remarkable.

「Truly satisfied with the hotel. It has been my best holiday stay ever. Love the location, walking distance to Penang’s famous food. Hotel staffs are polite and very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness is great. Will definitely come back.

「The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel.
The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. 」
