What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the incredible friendliness of the entire team. We were greeted with genuine smiles by everyone: from the front office who ensured a smooth check-in, the security who made us feel safe, the bell hops who were always helpful, the cafe staff who were so attentive, to the housekeeping team who kept our room impeccable. Even the staff at the pool and gym were wonderful and engaging. It’s clear that this hotel has a culture of excellent service, and it made our family trip so relaxing and enjoyable. "It was a great hotel right in the middle of Georgetown close to Armenian Street really enjoyed the staff. They took very good care of us. The breakfast. Every morning on the roof was probably the highlight of the morning. It was so beautiful to just sit and drink coffee with the view."

"A delightful step back into the charm of traveling in the past. Like Raffles in Singapore, this hotel will bring you back to the time when travel felt like living abroad. Our room was beautiful, a suite opening up onto the garden next to the waters edge. The room is beyond comfortable and quiet, a beautiful experience. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly, the hotel itself is quiet and spacious. The breakfast is delicious, we had one of the best Nasi Gorengs here. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in George Town. "
