"Friendly staff "

"Room is simple but spotless. Staff is courteous & helpful. Nothing much in surrounding but Grab is convenient. Only one mirror in bathroom but no plug. Have to dry hair in living room without mirror. "

"Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice."

"The location of the hotel is good, just less than 10mins walk away from Queensbay Mall. However, the hotel has NO lift. If you’re carrying luggages and your room is located on other floors other than the ground floor, you have to lug it up staircases. Our room has also no windows. The reception wasn’t exceptionally friendly when we checked in - but it was just for a single night and luckily we were on the first floor. The soundproofing isn’t great either. We could hear the reception talking the entire stay, or other guests in the hallway. "
