"The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The premise is kept clean, including your room with daily room service. The area is very convenient with convenience stores, restaurants, and malls a very short walk away, not to mention the proximity of both stations in Kawasaki. I highly recommend this hotel for all Kanto travelers."

"The staff were attentive and the room was clean, though some of the furnishings were a little past prime. There was also no change machine in the laundry room, which I found rather odd, though they will do your laundry for you if you get it in on time."

"Very convenient location. It was tricky to find initially as the entrance is tucked in the corner behind the check in counters on the departure level (3F) in terminal 3. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the terminal. For travellers arriving from train, the terminal 3 stop is before terminal 1/2. Free shuttle bus between terminals or you can pay for a quicker ride on the train or monorail (easy access from 3F). I booked a superior room with 2 beds, like so many hotels in Japan it is small. Nice bathroom with separate space for bath. "

"The property location is walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Room is clean and good size in Japan compared to other hotels. Decor is modern and new. Highly recommended to business travelers or travelers with kids. Breakfast is awesome with variety of selections. "

"The internet work great. The staff very helpful. The time that we went the temperature out side was cold the air condition could be adjusted to warm-up the room. The room was just as advertised."
