"Absolutely love the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was easy to communicate because they had English speaking Agents at the Front Desk. The hotel is walkable to the famous Shibuya Crossing, shopping, dining and night life. The hotel has amazing restaurants and spa. I even had an Acupuncture treatment while there. Would definitely book again."

"Very conveniently located next to the Shibuya station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and friendly staff. FamilyMart nearby which we bought our breakfast everyday. You can hear the trains passing by but it didn’t bother us. Hotel provides slippers and pajamas. Toiletries can be picked up next to the front desk"

"The only negative is that the airport shuttle has a limited schedule. But it is easy to get to Haneda by train. Other than that, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet and close to a train station."
