「Kamar bersih. Excellent view 」

「Calm and peaceful place at the enterance of the national park. Good staff kinldy arrange pickup service from airport and trekking tour. Enjoy your great experience!」

「Front desk staffs could not confirm my payment completion because Expedia had not informed that I have already paid by credit card. They need the confirmation but in vain. We spent more than 1.5 hour at the frontdesk for check-in. Finally I had to agree to pay a deposit till the payment is confirmed. What is worse, it happened on not only me but my colleague. I used an operator chat to solve, whenver I asked them one thing, like "Call to my mobile phone", "Please send e-mail to confirm the...

「This was a bad choice but there were pros and cons. The hotel is in a place with no transportation services. Yes it is close to the Pariban Hot Spings but to get in and out of Berastagi was a nightmare and so much wasted time and money. Rooms. No air con. No phone. After a long hike I can back to uncleared room , no towels. Eventually at 630 pm the room got cleaned. Roof top bar is nice , pool okay. Staff seemed uninterested and focused on their phones , no real restaurants or nightlife nearby」
