THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent hotel, close to everything."

Imperial Hotel, Tokyo

10/10 Excellent

"An Absolutely Exceptional Experience at the Tokyo Imperial Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely outstanding. The service was impeccable, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious, with a perfect blend of timeless Japanese hospitality and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and every detail made our stay feel special. The dining experience was wonderful, and the location was excellent for exploring Tokyo. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. An unforgettable stay and truly a five-star experience. I would highly recommend the Tokyo Imperial Hotel to anyone visiting Japan. We can’t wait to return! 🇯🇵✨"

10/10 Excellent

"I enjoyed my stay here very much, clean rooms and facilities, great location for seeing some Asakusa sights at night, which beat the daytime in ambience! I also love that I was able to step out into seeing Asakusa before the crowds arrived, which felt very calming and felt more authentic to me. Most importantly, the staff are very wonderful and welcoming, as well as helpful! I checked-in late due to delays and they were very understanding, as well, I received help from staff for bringing luggage upstairs check-in and before check-out as well. They were very polite and courteous and I enjoyed chatting with them, especially at check-in. It was a complete contrast from my previous stay in Akasaka, and I’m so grateful that this was my last stay before flying home :) One thing is that I had stayed in the same chain’s Kanazawa hotel recently and couldn’t help comparing them a bit, including the smaller rest areas after the onsen, but they also have massage chairs which the Kanazawa one doesn’t have. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future!"

Daiichi Hotel Tokyo

8/10 Good

"Very good customer service. They helped us called a local restaurant to cancel a booking and rebook at a different location. There is underground connection to train stations via B1. Walking distance to main Ginza shopping area. We noticed some updated facilities but more need to be done. We noticed water leaking at bathroom faucets and shower door which caused some messiness. The bathroom toiletries are very complete including hair treatment products. Breakfast was good. You can choose between buffet and western/japanese breakfast. Overall it is a very nice hotel and would like to stay here again."
