"This property was good enough for our purposes. I feel I wasn’t given information about the distance from Yosemite valley - 30 minutes. It was heated with the automatic propane fireplace which woke me up with fire light flashing in my eyes. The view outside our window was of an unkempt nature. "

The only thing you need to be aware of is if you are four adults staying there the sofa bed is kind of small so it’s really only for one adult laying diagonally on it or two children. Checking in was very easy also and we enjoyed our stay there."

"The good - location. The bad: 1: gas fireplace would not stay lit more than 5 seconds. We had to use a space heater to heat room. 2: walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors on all sides. We were lucky enough to have a crying baby one one side, sick coughing couple on the other and loud walkers above. 3: mouse scurrying across the floor. 4: advertised as having propane grill, even with pictures of it on vrbo. "Overall decent place to stay. We had 5 people in our party but could only seat 4 in the living room comfortably. Not a lot of places to plug in your electronics for charging. Clean and great location. "

"Loved our 4 night stay here. Well equipped self catering apartment with everything needed to cook full meals each night while watching for wildlife and looking up at the stars. We saw a large black bear in our first afternoon, fantastic! In August it was very warm overnight, and this can be uncomfortable with no AC, but having read the reviews we picked up cheap fans in Walmart, along with groceries and beers on the way through Fresno. "Unit is clean & roomy, has the essential kitchen gear for basic meals. The small dishwasher is a nice plus. Recent upgrade to their internet service provided fine service (for calls, web browsing). Beds are comfortable. Electric grill on the deck was easy to use & has smart fire prevention features."
