The hotel is very vice, with several options for eating, shopping and other activities.

One of the best hotels if stayed in Japan and anywhere. Staff is great and rooms are spacious and clean. There are also several commodities for you to enjoy. Will definitely stay again. Convenient too as it as across Nara Station. Easily accesible to many areas.

This is a stylish hotel, clean and convenient, with good food. My room had no desk, so it is not convenient for business.

Location was practical for traveling needs, and the hotel was very clean with many amenities.

Just steps from baggage claim in the airport terminal this hotel can't be more convenient, particular for international travelers transiting via Osaka to other domestic destinations in Japan.

We absolutely loved the onsen/natural springs! The room was very stylish and lovely. The hotel really relaxed us after a day of sightseeing. Nothing like a good soak to relax your mind AND body! We stayed in two other hotels during our 8 night stay in Japan and we voted this one our favorite!

It is great.

Very close to Kyoto station and major shopping. Taxi stand one block away. Great buffet breakfast and dining in evening Would stay again

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful room. Very spacious and the tub was perfect for relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful. In a great location by the river and a lot of restaurants.

Clean room, great breakfast buffet, the staff was helpful as well. I will definitely stay here again next time in town.

Overall, a great stay in Kyoto for tourists: convenient location; friendly service and ample ammenities; high quality breakfast buffet; and spacious & comfortable room. Would highly recommend!

Overall staff was nice and they helped ship our luggage to Osaka. Also directly across from the train was superior! So helpful and would stay here again.

A little bit of home in Kyoto. We have stayed at this property multiple times and every time was great. It’s also in a fantastic location. Easy access to everything. Shopping and restaurants are all close by.

Very convenient location close to Kyoto station near shinkansen. Very clean and unique decor.

I had a GREAT stay at this hotel! It was perfect for me traveling alone and not needing all the bells and whistles of a more expensive place. It's very modern, easy to find, close to the metro and convenience stores/restaurants. The room is small, but fine for one person who isn't spending much time in the hotel anyways.
