"Hotel is in a nicely location and has a wonderful view of the bridge, Peace Park, city and skyline. Few minutes walk to major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The view from breakfast room on the 14th floor is spectacular. Only issue for us was that the rooms are very dated and have a musty smell. The first room we were given smelled smoky. They did change our room promptly. Windows could not be opened for ventilation."

"The hotel and property itself was immaculate. The staff, especially at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient . The Terrace and lounge were fantastic. I liked that the check in was at the terrace as well. The rooms however were a little bit dated and small Nothing really to complain about. Overall the good experience."

"What a fabulous hotel, we loved everything about this hotel, friendly staff, spacious clean and comfy room, a lovely Onsen to relax in. We arrived early, but were able to check in straight away. Location is top notch, a short walk to all the major attractions. We were very impresed with the endless free food and drink, from smoothies before breakfast, afternoon tea and free flowing drinks and snacks at sunset, to tasty soup and rice bowls to end the evening. We highly recommend this hotel and will definately stay again if we are ever back in Hiroshima."
