「Amazing properties. Very cozy, beds are comfortable, very clean and great location. We will come definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family」

「Wonderful」

「A very cosy little house. It is in a great location for the North Bay end of Scarborough which is where we wanted to be. It is a short 10 minute walk through a small housing estate down a hill and you are on the beach. The house is really well equipped, with loads of kitchen utensils, it has wifi, a comfy bed, a brand new bathroom, two parking spaces and even a hairdryer. I would definitely recommend」

「When we arrived there was no heating, within an hour of reporting it a plumber had come out, electric heaters were provided as it couldn’t be fixed straight away. Very efficient service. Apartment great location near facilities, very clean only downside is sofa bed in lounge really is not comfortable for sleeping on, you could feel the springs through the mattress.」

「Lovely house in a very quiet street in hunmanby . The house was spotless and warm when we arrived , it is very well equipped and everything there you need . Would definitely recommend and will book to go again .」

「The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality. The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather.」

「This was a lovely stay, the apartment was perfect for us, very clean and plenty of parking. We've not got a dog but the whole site is very dog friendly and the beach is only a 10 min walk away... we loved the beach and the free swimming (bookable) was good too. Thank you」

「My family and I absolutely loved staying at Bailey's Beach House, everything was to a very high standard. Fully equipped kitchen was high spec and easy to use. The location were really quiet considering the house is near to the amenities. We especially enjoyed all the artwork around the house. Thanks」

「Good location, clean, parking good although one parking space was occupied by someone from another property occasionally」

「We recently had a lovely stay with our toddler grandaughter. Great, clear communications from the owners. The cottage was clean and very well equiped with everything you could need. Even had children's cutlery, plates, high chair and stair gate. Good size living area and spacious bedrooms with plenty room for the travel cot. Grassed area out the back bi fold doors for the little one to safely run around on. Easy walk to the leisure facilities, pub, shop etc, and short walk to the beach path. Yes...

「We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door. Everything was perfect. It was lovely and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable 4 day stay. Beds were so comfy and clean. We will definitely come back.」

「We had a great long weekend at Echo beach, the house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Also a great location right next to the park, would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.」

「This is our second time here well first time was nextdoor but same cottage and owners two wonderful cottages and wonderful owners very friendly」

「Only thing wrong was we didn’t stay long enough. We loved this little cottage. It’s a beautiful little home away from home. Whitby was fantastic as well. Wish we’d known ahead of time how much we would love it so we could have booked a longer stay.」

「Lovely cottage. Welcoming and homely with everything provided that we needed. Good place for a relax and good walking for the dog.」

「We had a lovely week at the cottage, only one point taken off for comfort as we found the sofas very low and tired, we are seniors and maybe that’s why we were needing firm seats. Our hosts were both friendly and helpful and we were intrigued by the amount of squirrels 🐿️ constantly removing nuts from the tree opposite this was very entertaining. The weather was very kind to us only saw one day of showers. We were warm and happy with our accommodation and the area which we know very well, we...

「Cottage was perfectly located and well equipped albeit small for the price. Bathroom great, cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. Couple of areas needed redecorating. But communication was non existent. Contacted host twice without reply on day of arrival to get the passcode for the keys. Also phone number was for Sykes cottages which was closed. Ended up knocking on doors nearby and finally got to the right person.」

「The cottage is beautiful, lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy. Plenty of space for 5 of us plus a dog. The hot tub was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were all very friendly and helpful. Great location and good food at the restaurant. We will definitely be back very soon」

「My only gripe isn’t the cottage owners fault but that of hotels.com as this properly was listed as reserve now pay on arrival but the money left my account within seconds of booking. Hotels.com excused this by saying it’s in the terms and conditions but don’t advertise as such! The cottage itself is lovely, very off road location and I was worried about my tyres on the way there but all was fine. The farmers next door are lovely and their farm dogs were friendly and curious. Our poodle...
