"Make sure you arrive in DAYLIGHT!!! It was a pain in the a$$ to figure out how to access this place. Minimal customer service. There is no phone service at the property so you have to go into town to email or text any questions you have. There should have been an “welcome” sheet or folder inside once you get in with WiFi passwords, instructions on the heater, etc. However, once I paid and got in with the door code, figured out the WiFi, everything was fine. I woke up in the morning to a gorgeous sunrise on the mountain and everything was amazing. I wish I had more time to make it a vacation. I was only there one night."

"Mixed review here. Bottom of toilet seat was totally soiled when we entered the room. Breakfast was not as listed in the binder in the room. Went to the breakfast room at night to get some green tea for the morning and the room reeked of curry. Still no tea at all in the morning."

"Contactless check-in. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Parked right in front of room. The Neon Malard is a fun little Speakeasy type bar with outside fire ring seating as well. Charcuterie suppers and desserts only. Great staff, beverages and ambiance."

"Great host and property manager. It is an excellent place to stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, with clear instructions provided by the host. The check-out process was just as simple and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others."

"We enjoyed our stay at Riverdance - it's in a perfect location, overlooking the San Juan River. Every day we saw wildlife from the balcony, which was a real treat. The place is beautifully furnished and well maintained, and the kitchen is well stocked. It's in a quiet neighborhood, far enough from the main street to not have any noise, but close enough to be able to walk to. We really appreciated having access to the garage, allowing us to park our car inside. Overall we highly recommend this property."

"We stayed here for 3 weeks in August 2026. This is a wonderful property. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and skillets. Lots of serving utensils and knives. Also a crockpot and blender. And they didn’t miss the wine bottle opener. The location is beautiful with two balconies over looking the river. There’s a nice swimming hole on the river for those who want to float or take a dip. The downtown area and hot springs are accessible via the river walk about 15 minutes away. If you play pickleball this is your place. The pickleball courts are two block away and an easy walk. And it has a garage to store your bikes. Great place, great location."
