"Make sure you arrive in DAYLIGHT!!! It was a pain in the a$$ to figure out how to access this place. Minimal customer service. There is no phone service at the property so you have to go into town to email or text any questions you have. There should have been an “welcome” sheet or folder inside once you get in with WiFi passwords, instructions on the heater, etc. However, once I paid and got in with the door code, figured out the WiFi, everything was fine. I woke up in the morning to a gorgeous sunrise on the mountain and everything was amazing. I wish I had more time to make it a vacation. I was only there one night."

"Mixed review here. Bottom of toilet seat was totally soiled when we entered the room. Breakfast was not as listed in the binder in the room. Went to the breakfast room at night to get some green tea for the morning and the room reeked of curry. Still no tea at all in the morning."

"Contactless check-in. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Parked right in front of room. The Neon Malard is a fun little Speakeasy type bar with outside fire ring seating as well. Charcuterie suppers and desserts only. Great staff, beverages and ambiance."

"This house was perfect for our 35th wedding anniversary weekend getaway! Great location. Walking distance to the hot springs, restaurants, bars and shopping. The house was very equipped with everything we needed. Great little touches too like shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower, laundry pods and dryer sheets and boxes of tissues in every room. The bed was comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans! We had absolutely no issues so no need to communicate with the host but the information sent before we got to the house was excellent. We highly recommend staying at this home and a huge thank you to the host for a wonderful weekend!"

"Great host and property manager. It is an excellent place to stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, with clear instructions provided by the host. The check-out process was just as simple and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others."

"Wife and I spent a few days in Pagosa Springs. This place is conveniently located downtown and easy access to all the things that we did, while staying there. It is located on the river, with chairs and a glider to sit in and enjoy your morning coffee. We were visited by both deer and raccoons while there."

"Very comfortable house. It had everything we needed. Only complaint about the vacation was the massive road construction project going on in the downtown, which made things a little less pleasant."
