「This lovely old pub in the heart of in the Sussex countryside is cosy and welcoming. It's a hotel/inn, pub, and Jamaican-focused restaurant all rolled into one. The welcome was as warm as the Caribbean from hosts Barrie (Jamaican) and Drexie (German), the husband and wife combo running this place. There's a nice garden in the back for summer nights and BBQs. 「Great overnight stay. Superior rooms are modern and spotless well worth the extra. Nice traditional pub food served in the bar. Owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Road is quite busy but noise is minimal and didn't keep us awake. Would recommend」
