「Room clean but bed not up to Premier Inn standard. Very springy and uncomfortable. Grandson lived the packet of skittles in the room - this made his stay. Staff amazing and helpful 」

「Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).」

「Nice location however very soft mattress and unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Rooms in the clock tower are separate to rest of hotel. Staff offered no explanation about breakfast on arrival and we were not asked how our stay was on checkout. Below expectations, very average」

「All staffs are very kindness!」

「Room was very nice, plenty of space, nice beds. Bathroom lots of condensation, didn't feel like an extractor fan. Paid parking in Dvertised, its funny, they charge you by the 24hrs lol, so you can spend the day in a local theme park, turn up and check in at 7pm get up early for another day in the park, but pay for 24hrs regardless, unless your a gym member its free.. Then you try to find a disabled bay in the car park, and tgey are all occupied by the gym users, and not a single blue badge in...

「It is excellent hotel.」

「Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed...
