「We stayed 3 nights in The Gaulala Cottage. The room had a great view from the deck. The property is older and a little rustic. Everything was clean for the most part. The sleeper sofa would be fine for a younger child, not so good for a young adult. Communication and Parking were both good. The driveway is steep. Beware if you have a car that sits low. 」

「This was an excellent find for 2 adults(and possibly 1child). The location is prime for walking to everything in the town. The room and patio are nicely appointed. The only thing to suggest is a sheet for the day bed and a third pillow. Would stay again 」

「My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was perfect. The location is great being close to town while still being secluded up in the vineyard. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning and at night and watching the deer or turkeys! If we come back to Healdesburg we will definitely be staying here again.」

「We’re so glad we found this well maintained comfy little cabin that is pet friendly. We’re surrounded by a quite serene setting of trees and grass for the pups. It’s so close to so many places to visit. We love this place and have already made plans to come back! 」

「It’s a perfect escape for a couple, a beautiful setting and very intimate. A couple of things that are good to know: the bathroom doors are louvered, so if you are not already on comfortable bathroom habit status with your person, this might change that! As other reviews have noted, the bed is fairly hard. Two nights would be my maximum. And if you are at all pillow picky and are wondering if you should bring your own, you should. It was a beautiful peaceful place and we had a wonderful time....
