「This location is unbeatable, and we loved having so much room to spread out after a week of cramped hotel rooms, not to mention laundry facilities! The kitchen is extremely large, clean and well-stocked. Despite coastal fog every day but our last, the ocean view is stunning and coffee or wine on your own ocean view porch was a daily treat. 「Very nice view from the deck. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Could not get the DVD player to work properly, but that was not too important.」

「Cute setup for our kids (ages 9-12), they loved the upper loft filled with toys! The place is very clean and comfortable. It’s secluded in the forest which was beautiful. The only thing was there is a rooster nearby that kept crowing loudly all early morning, so if you like to sleep in, I suggest bringing earplugs :) other than that, it’s a cute and quaint place to stay!」

「It was the perfect home base for a long weekend of touring and tasting. Check-in was clear and easy. Everything was as described. Particularly liked the quality of the beds and pillows. Only minor recommendation would be to clearly mark the step down upon entry. It was noted but perhaps reflective tape or something might make it even clearer in the dark. 「If there were a 6th star rating, I'd give it to the Roost!Competent, friendly, conscientious owner family.Very comfortable cottage with an incredible location. Serene patio, butterflies!Bittersweet to leave. Stayed one week.」
