"Clean room. After a full day of flying from Dallas Texas the check in was simple. We took advantage of the spa the next day to help with jet lag. Jane who gave me my massage did a fantastic job. As she is a physical therapist her knowledge of anatomy was good. She knew the joints and muscles just right to give an exceptional massage. I found the location, cleanliness and service staff excellent."

"“WOW”…where do I begin. The staff was SO kind, played with our children, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious! It was VERY family friendly! The game drives, watching hippos from the lookout, food, rooms, everything exceeded expectations! The game drives were incredible. We saw the big 5 the first day and learned about the ‘ugly’ five which we also saw! We loved our stay and would very much recommend to anyone considering. I’m glad we picked the Fairmont Masai Mara. It was luxury and safari vibes all in one spot! Thanks for a magical and memorable time!"

"Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Airport pickup was very helpful after 20+ hours in the air. Nice to have the cheaper rooms in the Boma Inn and the amenities of the Boma Hotel included. Only negative was the staff insisting on using the Boma vehicles for arranging rides and not taxis, which are much cheaper than the hotel vehicles which charge in dollars. After you get to the hotel, use the Uber app and mpesa or Kenya Shillings."
