Everyone is so hospitable and from Patricia who waited nearly two hours to collect us from the airport after very long queues at immigration and customs to the concierge Joseph helped us organize an excellent driver and happily answered our many questions. They and all the other staff made our stay outstanding. Already looking forward to booking again.

Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Nairobi. We had a club room which gave us access to the 1902 Lounge. The service from the hotel staff was excellent and we had a great history tour of the hotel from Maxwell, who was very knowledgeable. It was a very memorable stay.
