"Exceptional facility, staff and cleanliness. Totally enjoyed everything with our stay in Canton!!! In vicinity of Amish, Rails to Trails bike trail and NFL hall of fame. Centrally located to restaurants and activities. Great Place!!!"

"The hotel was in disarray. The staff told me the hotel was just sold at auction and that I could not stay because water, power, and WiFi were actively being cut off. I received no help finding a replacement hotel and received no explanation of how they could t have emailed me that news before I arrived from out of town. I booked the hotel the same day I planned to stay and AFTER I left the hotel was still showing available room online and through the hotels.com app. Very frustrating experience that cost me 4.5 hours of lost time and money. That loss is valued at over 400 dollars"

"The room was ok. Didnt really care for the first floor. Had some loud young girls on the patio next to us. We went for peace and quiet and had to go inside because of the noise. The breakfast was not as good as the last time i was here. The biscuits were good but the gravy had no flavor. Everything was pre packaged stuff. There was a glob of hair in the shower. I think it came up from the shower. We arrived at 3:00 check in time and had to wait 30 minutes because it wasnt ready. The staff was nice but said they couldnt stop the noise. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk were very nice and polite. It was a little dissapointing for the prices they charge."

"Nothing at all to find fault with. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, good breakfast. Comfortable chairs on the balcony to relax on and take in the peacefulness of the location. Early evening the hotel offers free popcorn and cookies. Staff are so friendly and helpful. My wife can't stop talking about how great it was and we must go back for longer next time."

"The fella at the front desk was super helpful. We had the best restful sleep in years. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was run impeccably. The area was beautiful. Just a wonderful experience!!!! Very clean hotel💕It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at many."
