ウィル - O - ビー オン ザ レイク ホテル

「Great staff, beds were amazing. Food at breakfast was good.」

「I was in the door at 9pm and out by 7am, About all I really saw of the property was the entrance which had interesting display material about Pres James Garfield, the hallways and the bed, (which was quite comfortable).」

「Located in the middle of nowhere. Industrial area, sketchy neighborhood, no restaurants open or serving at 9:30. Staff were rude and barely communicative. The room had obviously been renovated in the recent past, but already, dirt was caking in the corner tiles in the bathroom, the bottom sheet was pulled back, and there was dirt and debris in the exposed mattress seam. The room felt dirty, and walking barefoot felt like I'd be tracking lord knows what into the bed. I would NOT recommend,...

「Old and run down property. Strong bad smell of cleaning chemicals, awful. No elevator. I would have left if not so exhausted」

「The continental breakfast was amazing. So many options. We wanted a hotel with a pool and this one was supposed to have one. When we got there we were told the pool was closed for maintenence but when we went and looked at it, it was very obvious that the pool has not been opened for years. So that should be removed as a amenity until the pool is actually working. Location was good, lots of resturants around and it was very close to my son's home in Mentor who we were visiting.」

「今までに何度となく宿泊していますが、安心出来ます。設備面も充実。まわりに飲食できる店がもう少しあればベストです。」

「Place is very modern, clean and spacious. Staff were all very friendly. Location is perfect with all types of establishments near by. This is a showcase for other hotels to follow.」

「We chose not to stay due to our first assigned room having the door open and the tv running and our second room having dirty sheets. We ate the loss and went down the road to find a better place.」
