「The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent.」

「The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. All the staff were so friendly. This is the best play to stay in the area with a lounge and dining available onsite. The arcade was a blast!」

「Really enjoyed our stay at the Glen House Hotel. I booked through a third-party site and check-in was still super easy. The staff was friendly and really helpful. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in were such a nice touch! The bed was also surprisingly comfortable - always a win when staying at a hotel. The views are absolutely beautiful, there was plenty of parking, and everything just felt easy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Everything was fine until I got up in the morning to take a shower. NO HOT WATER! I was on a schedule to leave so I had to bypass the shower. I reported it at check out and requested a credit on my bill and was told by the person behind the desk that the manager would call me and a credit would be arranged. Three days have gone by and no one has called me. Don’t stay here if you will need a warm shower at any point or just plain hot water.」
