"Our group of 8 just stayed here for four nights and had a great experience! House was as advertised and plenty of space for all of us and plenty of activities available. The host was amazing, easy check in process and VERY responsive to questions. The kitchen is a bit smaller than some in a house this size, but not a major issue. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Lincoln area"

"My likes: Very clean and comfortable. Beds were great! We used the house as a base for our daily hiking trips as the location is perfect and it's a great place to unwind after a day on the trail. The shower pressure was the best; I've seen fire hydrants with less water pressure--great for a massage to relax aching muscles. My wishes: If you are going to do a lot of cooking and with a lot of people, you may wish to bring a little extra kitchen kit; there wasn't a great inventory of cooking utensils, pots, pans etc.; plenty is dishes and drinkware though. We precooked our meals and had sandwiches or take out so we didn't have many issues. If you eat our a lot it won't be a problem.being older, it would have been nice to have grab bars in the shower.absolutely love the gathering room especially the sliders--sometimes if felt like you were outdoors. Wished the drapes were easier to open/close. They could use replacement traverse rods.All in all, we loved the place, the location and the space. We'd stay there again."

"The property was a little dated but very clean. Staff friendly at check in. When I booked it the description was a little vague but when we got there we found that it was very adequate for our needs. We did not use the pool or exercise equipment in the main lodge so I can't give any opinion on that. There is no maid service but if you need anything the front desk can get it for you. When you are getting ready to check out, linens and towels have to be placed in laundry bags provided and all garbage needs to be taken out. Full printed instruction are given at check in."

"We had a wonderful time at the south peak cabin and the house was perfect for our extended family. Great location, plenty of room, very fast response time from the host. Would love to go back again! :)"

"Very clean house and the communication with the host was superb! He checked in when we arrived and followed up to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Lots to do in Lincoln, NH in summer and the winter months, so this house was a perfect find!"
