「Friendly staff, a lovely spacious room with amenities」

「This two-bedroom apartment appears almost brand new, in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. The basement apartment is sleek and modern, and all the kitchen amenities we could need were in good supply. Figuring out where to enter the apartment (from the back of the house, down a narrow gravel incline) took us a few minutes, but we got in the apartment without great difficulty. The owner was very quick to respond to texts, including a request to turn up the temperature in the apartment, which...

「We couldnt have asked for better hosts! Attentive, thoughtful, responsive, supportive and everyrhing in between! The location is convenient near the 412, neighborhood is great for a family and pets, and the space is unmatchable We really enjoyed our time here, and would be back in a heartbeat!」

「The home was not clean. Lacked nice bedding. Smoke alarm batteries were beeping. Not enough mirrors. Lots of lamps with price tags on which there were no plugs to plug them in」

「最初に入った部屋のテレビが映らず、フロント係の女性に「同行の子どもがHockey Night in Canadaを楽しみにしていたんだけど・・・」と言ったところ、「それは大変！」と即座にテレビのチェックに来て、状況が改善しないことが分かると快く隣に部屋を変えてくれた。Hockey Night in Canadaにチャンネルを合わせてスタンバイしてくれたのみならず、「これでも飲みながら見てください」とコーラ２本の差入れまで。。臨機応変な気の利いたサービスは10日間の旅程の中でも印象深いことだった。朝食も良かった。あまり泊まる機会のないロケーションだが、また訪れてみたいと感じた。」
