「Room was nice, breakfast ok. Not much interaction with staff.」

「A lovely place to stay in the quaint town of Langley. We arrived before checkin and walked around the shops and ate lunch. Staff were very helpful and even packed a to go breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast buffet was open. Upon arrival on Whidbey island we did a 4 mile coastal hike at Ebbey's state park that was spectacular. Would definitely return.」

「What a monumental disappointment. No bathroom in the room, no AC. Terrible staff. I mean she (or they) couldn’t care less that I was there. The person made Checking in seem like a giant inconvenience to them. Then when I asked about AC it was like I was a jerk for even thinking about it, never mind it was 85° out. Then they begrudgingly passed me a fan. There are no bathrooms in the room. They need to spell that out on the front page, because I didn’t know about it until I got there. No...
