「This is a very old property. The apartment has been cosmetically upgraded, but the infrastructure is poor. We intentionally booked a place with two bathrooms but had only one working bathroom for one night (shower failure) and one working toilet for all three nights. The property manager was very responsive but the toilet issue could not be fixed during our stay.The apartment is lacking in cleanliness. 「First off, contacting Xavier at all during our stay was like pulling teeth as he took HOURS to reply to my texts/calls. After he gave us an apartment tour, my guest saw the LARGE roach baits/traps that were on the countertops and the raid can under the sink.Almost immediately after we had to kill a roach in the kitchen (which I have pics of).We were ready to leave then, but unfortunately the trip was non-refundable.I could've complained about this but I didn't, because I thought Xavier was nice...

「I hate to tell everyone how great this was because they will know my little secret . This place is excellent from the host on down. The location and security is excellent and the peace and quiet of the place. The Galaria is right down the street so there are plenty of shops. I found this spot last year and made sure I rented again this year. Nicole is a most gracious host who responds in minutes to any question you might have. Overall this is a fantastic spot.」

「They were big bugs in the kitchen. I think they were roaches and the second bedroom had a water leak coming from the bathroom, which led to my clothes being wet it was a lot of big roaches outside and finding parking was complicated」
