"This 3BR house was located in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood of Encino. Short minutes from shopping, restaurants and cafe. The neighborhood is very safe and great for afternoon walks, with easy access to trails on Balboa park. The house was clean, well organized and had everything we needed for our 13day stay. We will definitely comeback again! Thank you Patrick for being a great host and very responsive when needed!!"
