「The walk in shower was for people 4.5 feet tall and the hose was spitting water everywhere at where it joined the supply. Some of the other guests thought it was a good idea to slam doors all night, no one stopped them even though the front desk was near by. The breakfast had a wonderful selection, but I'm pretty sure the powdered eggs, biscuits and sausage patties were Korean War surplus. Other than that, large room, very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, very clean.」

「The AC in the room was broken, all the 3 elevators were out of order and knowing that they gave us a room in 12th floor. We had to stay in line for 5 min and use the service elevator using the entry from the service door with a toddler( it was dirty, gross and smelly area) . The lobby was huge and there was quite a distance to carry luggage and stuff and when I asked for cart the said: yeah, there is nothing available now, there were some but they are already taken. No one was there to even help...

「The bed was terrible, the mattress was encased in thick plastic and with just a sheet over to cover it it was hot and sticky. The 3 pillows were flat as a pancake. The carpeting in the room was stained badly in multiple places. I didn't expect a 4 star experience but a little bit of carpet cleaner isn't too much to ask. The "breakfast" was tiny muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets, underwhelming.」

「Horrible place to stay. There was absolutely no customer service, and the staff were unhelpful when we needed assistance. The room had roaches everywhere, making the stay completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The toilet was stained, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the towels were stained as well. The overall condition of the room was disgusting and clearly not properly maintained. We left about 30 minutes after arriving because there was no way we could stay in those conditions. When...
