「Decent」

「Excellent service.」

「I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). I would stay there again. 」

「Good value for the money. Bathroom had mold on ceiling otherwise was good. Beds very comfortable. 」

「Easy to find. Overall clean except the vents in bathroom, lots of dust and dirt built up on them. Staff was nice abs friendly. 」

「Everyone was friendly and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located near shopping centers and near the highway. I will book my stay here next time I'm in town to visit family. 」

「Apparently they don't use Expedia and I had to pay more than what was posted and reserved. Then he informs me that the only room he had the heat is broken. Offered to give me a heater...a small one at that.. accepted the offer went in the room....tv doesn't work and the water doesn't work either. And to top things off he required a deposit. I ended up requesting a refund and couldn't get another room elsewhere because the return wasn't immediate」

「good location close to downtown」

「We stayed for one night to take morning flight from Kalamazoo airport. The room was clean and spacious, with friendly staff. The only thing we were not happy about is that the room was freezing cold when we arrived. The bed felt like left in snow. It took several hours before the room was finally warmed up a bit. It could have been better if they at least turned on the heat before we arrived...」
