「I would stay here again, when next I am in town !」

「シンプルで機能的でした。」

「The room was clean but there were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed - the in-safe room didn't work and when I brought this up with staff, they told me an engineer would come and fix it. The fix didn't take place. Also, there was a noisy fan under the window that couldn't be turned off. Otherwise, everything was quite pleasant including a decent complimentary breakfast and nice in-room toiletries. We'd stay there again.」

「Receptionist was nice!」

「Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel is trash with no elevator so you have to carry all your luggage up stairs. This comfort inn is trashiest comfort inn I have ever stayed in」

「機能的で広い部屋、寝心地の良いベッドで快適でした」

「Our stay was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. It was old have been nice if there were end table on other side of bed for phone and book, etc. also there were no glasses in the room, coffee cups for coffee but no glasses. So if wanted a drink you had to use the coffee cup which we all know paper cups doesn’t last long with liquid in it. Other than that it was awesome. Enjoyed our stay and having a restaurant on premises is always a bonus!!」

「I was waiting almost 30 minutes outside hotel cause front desk staff closed entrance door and sleep , Did not receive phone call as well If emergency thing happened then who will look after? I don’t understand , How can it be operated by the name of Marriott Hotel?」
