"We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for a trip to NYC. The staff was friendly and the breakfast being included was great. Lots of options and never had to wait. The elevators were very crowded and we took the stairs from the 8th floor a few times instead of waiting but it ended up in the lobby so it was fine. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Lots of towels and soap available. Tv worked well. The view wasn’t great but it was still a very nice hotel."
