「The hotel being new was very clean, with everything in great condition. My only feedback would be to do something about the bed frames as there seemed to be some loose components that the mattress was sitting on that made the bed feel a bit like it was not set-up correctly (double queen room #225). Other than that, everything else was great.」

「Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way...

Not something you CAN'T live with, BUT it's one of those details that leaves you feeling misinformed and cheated. 」
