「Perfect space for a family gathering! Celebrated my daughter and niece's graduation at this house with a crawfish boil. So much space outside. It rained on us but we were able to make it work with the covered back patio and covered carport (which is shared with owner). Ms. Jodie the owner lives next door but we never felt like we didn't have privacy. She was very sweet and responsive. She didnt mind us using the shared carport as part of our party area.
