「Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location. 「All the necessities with no personal touches. Keys from lockbox to open second door were not needed as the second door is always open. Impeccable communication with host. Great location, close to restaurants and train to Millennium Station. Coffee service was excellent, just be sure to find extra pouches in cabinet. Bathtub faucet could not be turned far enough to prevent leaking. TV remote not great and I couldn’t get CNN or MSNBC. I’d stay here again. 」

「We stayed in this comfortable, quiet apartment for four weeks when my husband was undergoing radiation treatments for cancer at the University of Chicago Medical Center. It was just what we needed. "グラント公園に面していてどこに行くにも便利大型のホテルでロビーもオペラ座のように立派部屋によってはミシガン湖湖が望める備品は最低限のものはあるが、水は無いコーヒーメーカーはあるがポットは無いフロントは、窓口がたくさんあって待つことは無いキードロップでチェックアウトも可能近くにコンビニは無くホテル内のコンビニは，高い水、大きいので10ドルだったそしてほとんど値段がついてないので会計する時に驚くピザとサラダとビールで7000円ぐらい"

"リバービュールームにて眺めは最高でした。室内も広く快適、バスルームのシャワーの湯量も十分。ドライヤーも強力ですぐ乾きました。ルームキーを使用してのエレベーター利用にてセキュリティも良かったです。ただ一つ残念なのはホテルの外が毎晩23時〜24時に爆音音楽でうるさくなったこと(ホテルの責任ではないでしょうが…)。"
