「It was comfortable and felt like hotel/apartment living. Communication with Sonders was easy and see less. They where responsive when concerns and questions needed to be answered. They went above and beyond to help when needed. Only downside is when young adults/ kids caused the fire alarm to go off at 4 in the morning the day of my departure. Even that was handled well by the Sonders team. Highly recommend and would stay with them again. 」

「Location was perfect for us, street was calm only thing was the trains we heard but we just thought that was charming. Building and room was very clean and nice. It was easy to find oarking for the car to full day after we looked a little bit. Would stay here again if I visit Chicago!」

「Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable.」

"チェックイン前の午前11時ごろに到着したのですが、もうお部屋に入っていいとおっしゃってくれて、とても感謝しています。フロントの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は清潔で、綺麗に掃除されており、またとても広くて快適に過ごせました。すべてがパーフェクト🌟 また次回泊まりたいと思うし、友人にも勧めたいホテルです。"
