「Please don't book this hotel. These people are dirty business owners and have figured out a loophole to keep unhappy customers' money no matter how bad of an experience you have. 「Cleanliness was great. Parking was a challenge as an elder in that it was on the street versus in the alley which I used in order to pack up to leave. The futon couch was extremely uncomfortable and hurt to sit on.」

「I booked this property for my family of 6 as a gathering space for my son's graduation from the University of Denver. I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! 「Property is very clean with well equipped kitchen amenities, bed is comfortable, bathroom roomy for all needs, great to have washer/dryer in unit. Host responded quickly when I had questions on how to use the Split AC/Heater unit, with his help we were able to use without any issues. Location is so close to Tennyson which has wonderful shops and restaurants. We were there to visit son nearby and able to walk to most places because of close proximity.」
