FRAUD. THIS PLACE IS A HOUSE. DOES NOT REPRESENT WHAT IS PICTURED ON YOUR SITE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IT ISN'T A HOTEL. IT IS A HOUSE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. CAN'T GET AHOLD OF OWNER. VM IS FULL PROBABLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND HOTELS.COM SUCKS AT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LED TO THIS PLACE ONLY TO FIND IT DOESN'T IN ANY WAY REFLECT WHAT IS ON HOTELS.COM. Did not stay there after arriving at a residential home in the middle of a Green Valley Ranch subdivision. We went to the pictured bar/restaurant establishment pictured in the first picture of the ad thinking we had the wrong address in the residential neighborhood and inquired where we check into our room. They had no idea what I was talking about. I then read the other reviews and realized I had been scammed. This was in no way associated with the photographs that were in the advertisement or even close to these establishments. It is a great misrepresentation of a room at guest house next to the businesses pictured in the advertisement. I put in a stop payment to my bank and told them if the fraudulent nature if this website DIA layover.

This is not a hotel, or even a guesthouse!

This was advertised as a guesthouse with full amenities, including a kitchen and fireplace in each room, and a 24 hour hotel shuttle for $10.00. In reality, it was a private home that was renting out the bedrooms. When my daughter arrived, there were guests in the (only) kitchen, cooking dinner. Her room had a standard bedroom lock on the inside, but no way to lock it from the outside, meaning if she left she had to either take her belongings or leave them unsecured. Worse, the wall that her room shared with the living room had an unglassed window in it, covered by a curtain. Oh, and the hotel shuttle? It was actually a code for Lyft that the owner texted to her, saying she'd get a $5 discount if she downloaded the app (which she already had, so she couldn't even take advantage of the discount).

静かで治安の良い住宅街の一軒家にある部屋で、清潔感があり広々していながら、自分の家のように過ごせました。朝食が出ませんでした。他のサイトを見ると、オーダー形式と書いてあったので、朝食が必要な人は事前に伝えた方がいいと思います。(エクスペディアの表示が分かりづらいと思いました)公共機関は徒歩で近くにバス停がありますが空港まで出ているかわかりません。駅からの場合は徒歩では遠いですが、オーナーがUBER(配車サービス)で送迎可能です。 今回は自分の予約ミスにかかわらず、(エクスペディアを見ると、今晩予約可能と書いてあったはずですが…？？次の日になっていたようです)夜中に柔軟な対応をしてくれたオーナーに感謝します(本来はチェックイン23:30まで)

Misrepresented

Misrepresented - Arrived to find the property in disarray, with construction happening in yard. (Loose bricks laying about) Loud music playing for worker who was installing a door. (at 3pm I was informed music would be turn off at 9pm, is that a problem?) (as it turned out this issue was drowned out by loud hammering and repeated skill saw operation) Off street parking not available! ( I was informed that I was to park in the street, there were two owners cars blocking off street parking in the driveway) I was inform that television, large flat screen with sat service available. ( not plugged in, did not function after plugged in) Turned on shower and adjusted water. ( water attained temperature, then mysteriously stop flowing completely) At this point I had had enough, I packed up and politely informed the owner that “They were busy, and I was busy” “It is obvious that I can’t not get any sleep.” I left and got a hotel near the airport (Days Inn) with twice the amenities and quiet for $65 total price. The owner was contacted for a refund, two times by a third party representative, and once in person by myself. He stubbornly refused any refund, and I was out the full amount of $78 and change. (the room had been left better than I found it) Stay away!

This is a single family dwelling, privately owned, Air BnB, with rooms for stay. NO WHERE in the ad was this disclosed. I was traveling alone and am a smaller statured female. When I arrived to check in, NO ONE was there to check me in, take a payment or get me settled so I could return to my conference (a conference I left in order to check in so I wouldn't loose my room and was late in returning to due to this situation). The only greeter was a supposed older female guest who answered the door who defined the place as "weird". I tried calling the 303 number at the bottom of the confirmation but the voice mailbox was full, so I couldn't leave a message. The female guest apparantly called the owner and was able to leave a voice message as to my arrival. (Odd that she got through but I did not.) Before leaving to return to my conference, I left the female guest my card, asking to have the owner call or text me that I could indeed check in once my conference let out about 11:30pm or so. I left that location at 7pm and NEVER received a call or text confirming a late check in was acceptable. It's the NEXT DAY and still no call or text. PISS POOR customer service. PISS POOR explanation of location. PISS POOR communication. I would NEVER reccomend DIA Layover to anyone! Not even an enemy.

No Stay

Nobody was there. Could not check in. Waited 2 hours and still nobody there. Had to go elsewhere. Trying to get refund. I hold Hotels.com responsible! Hotels.com misrepresented this "Hotel" as it is NOT a HOTEL.

I noticed I made my reservation for the wrong night. When tried to call and make changes, I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. Finally someone answered the next day. I told him I would like to cancel my reservation. He said he would need to talk with the manager. Waited a while, because of no response. When I finally got a hold of him again, he said that the ion was canceled. But, he told hotels.com the manager wouldn’t let him cancel. Tried calling back multiple times and he never answered the phone. This place will not work with you and is a SCAM. Please be aware!

This is booked as a bed and breakfast, and really it's just some guy renting out a couple of rooms in his house. You can't drink coffee because he doesn't like the smell he doesn't make you breakfast there is no breakfast. You're there with the bare minimum they give you one towel. With no place to hang that towel. And when you do hang it on the little knob in there he'll come in and tell you no no don't do that. I book this room for my handicapped mother who was staying over for a few nights and she had a terrible experience I highly recommend you stay somewhere else! They say that this is 6 miles from the airport know it's 13 miles from the airport.
