「到着するとロッジの職員は笑顔で出迎えてくれ、チェックインの手続きも素早く丁寧に行ってくれました。 ロッジではいろいろなイベントやレクリエーションができますが、その予定が書かれた紙を見ながら丁寧に説明してくれたのでわかりやすかったです。。 お部屋は清潔感がありバルコニーからの景色は美しく最高でした。 ロッジ内にはたくさんの写真が飾られいい意味で“トラップファミリー”を感じることができました。 宿泊費はやや高いですがそれだけの価値を感じられる滞在だったので、とても満足しています。」

「ホテル裏に池があり、フリーでのカヤック乗り放題だった。これは他のホテルには無い、素晴らしいサービス。施設が古い事に目をつむれば、良いと思う。」

「Hyde Away Inn, though rustic and simple, was perfectly enjoyable. Accommodations were spare but comfortable and dinner and breakfast excellent. Staff were friendly, courteous and timely. Really a nice place if you don't need all the bells and whistles. The basics were just fine.」

「Our room was conveniently located in the heart of the resort! Someone in an earlier review mentioned the gondola being right outside the room. Yes it is and that is your view but the gondola only runs during the day and you can hardly hear it. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We loved our stay at the Sugarbush Tiny House! It was the perfect location, close to great coffee, shops, and restaurants. Very close to outdoor recreation as well. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The property is stunning! We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Expected more for the price. Cramped stairs up to room. A/C not working. TV not working, had to rummage around to discover it was unplugged. Door to room jammed. Guest reception staff not that helpful, stressed that main lodge and reception desk would close at 10 pm, emergency-only service available overnight. Just a mediocre experience overall.」

「Just what was needed for a ski trip. Only problem was that the hot tub was shut down, but that would be on the condo community rather than the owner of the rental unit.」

「Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand.」

「This property is pretty run down and poorly stocked for a condo, espcially at this price. It's dirty, in some cases disgustingly so (stained furniture, stuff on the walls, etc.) The bedding is pretty much the lowest quality you can imagine, and a lot of the fixtures don't work. Don't expect anything that a typical condo may come with, like say shampoo. It's definitely had water damage and a host of other problems that have never really been fixed.
