「The property is located in the beautiful mountains surrounded by a golf course. The room was nicely updated and comfortable. The restaurant at the golf club has excellent food and great views of the mountains with outside seating. Check in and communications with the hosts were excellent. Highly recommended stay. Rich」

「Clean smell, nice bathroom samples left for us, Ice cube trays filled, comfortable bed」

「My family and I had a great visit In Pagossa Springs! Easy check in and host was easy to communicate with. It was so nice being right by the lake. We could put our paddle boards in right off the back porch. Only complaint was no AC but we purchased box fans and put in the windows and it was great for sleeping. Over all this was a great location, clean, well stocked house.」

「Very beautiful place will definitely stay here again」

「We enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and a very clean rental. If you're staying awhile, consider requesting an extra set of towels for each guest when checking in.」

「Great location and great room. 」

「The property is well maintained and isn't too far from Durango. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness and cohesive design of the loft! It's obvious the host has put a lot of thought into what guests may need from the well stocked coffee bar to the remote controlled blinds. Clear instructions and communication with host.」
