「The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

「When we checked in and walk in it was no where close to what we expected. The photos were very misleading. There were visible stains on the furniture and carpet. Several lights didn't even work. The bathroom was very gross and looked like they hadn't been maintaining it. Our daughters ran around barefoot for about 15 minutes and their feet were black. When we reached out to there support team the communication was terrible. We ended up checking in to a different hotel. 2 days after check in they...

「The location is peaceful and is around 10-15 minutes from downtown Ashville. It is an apartment, but there are just a few apartments and they aren't side by side, so the front porch is fairly private. I was just as happy there reading a book, watching the squirrels.as I was exploring downtown. The porch has a gate, so you can trap your furry friends with you while you enjoy nature. The apartment is decorated very cute and has all of the essentials. Including things like full bottles of shampoo,...
