Chandler’s Chateau has a contemporary feel tucked away in Brevard NC, also known as Land of the waterfalls, with lots of new upgrades throughout. You have a private entrance. We have a 50in smart tv located in living room with wi-fi connectivity. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, chairs for relaxing while enjoying peace and quite during your stay! There is also a queen size air-mattress with linens for more quests. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking essentials. We also have coffee and tea to start your morning off right!The chalet is kid friendly! Full bathroom with shower and tub including all toiletries.
Notes:
We are a 10 minute walk to downtown Brevard , enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains with everything our small town has to offer. Including Brevard Music Center, Oskar Blues Brewery and the elusive white squirrels. We are located 2 miles from Pisgah National Forest, 13 miles from Dupont State Forest and 20 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are also 20 minute drive to Hendersonville, and 30 minute drive to Asheville to visit the great Biltmore Estate.
Such a nice peaceful getaway.

We were super comfortable hanging out here, and enjoyed ditching our car for the morning and walking to downtown. Host was very accessible to help with any questions.

Our family enjoyed staying in this small apartment. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. The location is ideal - close to town, waterfalls, hiking, and tubing. This is a great place for 2-4 people and we would recommend staying her.

Perfect getaway

My hubby and I visited for the white squirrel festival. Property was close to town, restaurants and grocery store. Very cute apartment- exactly as described. Owner was very quick to respond to questions that we had.

Exactly as itappeared in the pictures. Clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. I discovered the hair dryer was missing and upon contacting the owner a new one was brought to the apartment within hours. The location was perfect, walkable to town and a short drive to grocery store and hiking. My husband and I were there for three weeks and a little more space would have been nice but the location made it worth the cozy feel. Definitely would have been great for a shorter stay. Thank you for the stay, hope to be back soon!

Brevard w/family

3 generations, daughter, mom and grandma. The home is close to everything in Brevard. Beds were awesome so great sleep. It was a great quick trip to my birth place. Very comfortable place to stay.

Cozy, relaxing and a good value

This was our second stay at Monika’s chateau. She is great to work with and makes the whole rental process easy and stress free. It’s a convenient location in town—whether driving or walking downtown. There’s plenty of space for parking and even walking your dog right on the property. It’s very clean and has all the amenities you need for a weekend getaway.

A Weekend in Brevard

The outstanding cleanliness of this property and its proximity to the hike/bike trail and "back roads" for avoiding the highway travel were peaks for me. We were comfortable, safe and had all we needed for our hikes, our splashes and for the concert at the Brevard Music Center. Thank you, Monika! Your attentiveness to my questions was greatly appreciated - and I was mighty pleased to meet you when you stopped by.

Friendly host!

The host was very easy to contact and quick to reply. Very friendly and allowed us to check in a little early which was very much appreciated. Needed to contact the host about something that was broken and she immediately offered to come fix it. Location was super close to a grocery store and all the things we wanted to visit in Brevard. The house was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, liquid hand soap,etc. We always try to focus on the positives, however, a huge turn off for us is when we stay in a rental or hotel and there are blood stains/ stains on the sheets from previous guests. The white bedspread definitely needs replaced. We were only staying one night so we just removed it from the bed but wanted to mention it so that it can be taken care of for future guests. The white kitchen chairs could also use a good scub down.

We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to staying again. The home was clean and we had every comfort needed. We received all the information needed for our check in and stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable, decorated very nice and this cozy apartment was perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful relaxing and peaceful stay with good parking and very easy access to all of the areas we came to visit.
