Lovely, serene studio apartment close to downtown and Biltmore Village.

The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.
The space
Conveniently located close to all of Asheville's attractions yet tucked away in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The apartment is below our home but has its own private entrance. It is stocked with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, and silverware. We also offer filtered water, award-winning locally roasted Mountain Air coffee, and snack bars. We provide a TV with Google Chromecast to connect to all your favorite streaming apps. It's the perfect retreat after a fun day exploring Asheville.
Other things to note
We keep an immaculately clean, hypoallergenic space and do not allow pets under any circumstances. Please do not ask us to make an exception. Thank you for understanding 😁

The perfect little space for a couple days in Asheville! The room had everything I needed for my stay, felt super cozy and homey, and the location was ideal. Quick weekend getaway

Wonderful experience from booking to check out and was perfect for our weekend away. The location is ideal and the neighborhood is unique and cool. Will def book again when we head back to AVL.

Stayed for two nights on a quick trip. Hosts were very kind and the neighborhood was nice. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Great location and affordable price. Would definitely recommend it.

Very Cozy Studio!

We just spent a couple nights, but the bed was super comfy, shower was hot and very roomy, and you couldn’t ask for a more peaceful location. As advertised, was close to everything. Host was very helpful and friendly. Even better, was a Mountain Biking enthusiast like myself. Sweet ride!! Overall, a pleasant stay.

A Cozy Stay

This was a perfect place for a quiet, cozy overnight stay. The room had peaceful decor, a super comfy bed and a hot shower after a day of hiking & exploring Asheville. Our host greeted us as we were coming in & was quick to respond to our question. Convenient to everything!

The place was clean, bed comfortable, and quiet. Getting down to it could be challenging for anyone not able to climb stairs very well as the stairs were a little uneven. It is small so the only chairs are the ones at the table. My wife and I would have enjoyed some chairs on the deck outside so we could have enjoyed coffee or wine should we have wanted to. If you are looking for a comfortable place to lay your head and nothing extra, this is the place. It is exactly what it is designed to be.

This was our first visit to the Asheville area. We wanted a central location for downtown and the west end. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene, threw a wrench in our plans. We contacted our host and expressed our concerns about changing our dates due to the devastation in the area. The hosts quickly answered our questions and provided us with links to track the progress of the town's repairs. We decided to continue with our plans as the area welcomed back tourists. We found the studio apartment to be everything we needed for our relaxing stay. The neighborhood had a lot of charm with very friendly people. The apartment space was perfect for two people. Our hosts were great at communicating with us and the whole trip was a great experience.
